This treatment base coat works to extend the life of a manicure while encouraging strong, healthy nail growth, and is 3-free (free of the “toxic trio” of ingredients). The intensive strengthening formula helps to mend split, weak, brittle, peeling and cracked nails. How to Use: Apply one coat to bare, clean nails. Remove with non-acetone remover and reapply every 3-4 days. Use Rx Formula as a base coat by itself for 3-4 weeks and then under Secure, two coats of polish and Glamour Fix 2n1 to complete your look.
